Welcome to the Strings Website!
Our elementary strings program has over 400 students enrolled and is available to third through fifth graders in Manhattan Beach. The program is generously funded through the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation where children are given the opportunity to learn violin, viola, cello, and bass. Many opportunities are available to students including specialized classes, Fiddle Club, and Honor Strings.
On the left, you will find links to information, photos of past concerts, directions to local music stores, and resources for both you and your child. I invite you to check back for updates monthly. A brief orientation to the strings program can be found here. Please read through this if you missed the parent meeting in early September.
If you have any questions, please email me at mbstrings@gmail.com.
